2010 All Star Clone Series

Membership Fee's: $50 due on or before the second series race.

Race Fee's: $20 plus the track's pit pass with the feature paying 80% pay back
$25 for non members. The extra $5 will go towards the end of season awards banguet.

Age: 14 and up

Engine: Any color / brand of clone allowed. Max 196cc / 6.5 hp. No  Honda parts allowed. Max 93 octane pump gas with no additives. Any oil allowed as long as no combustion enchancements are added. Normal oil checks apply.

Must have RLV muffler
Any racing header with max id of .930  No ceramic or looped

Gears: Open

Tires: Burris only any compound(slicks only)

Clutch: Any style SHOE clutch. MUST HAVE A STAMPED STEEL DRUM. Their will be a $80 claim rule on the clutch

Engine Claim: You must compete in and finish the All Star Clone Feature that day to claim a motor. The engine claim will be $200. Engine will be minus the muffler/header,clutch, chain guard, top plate, fuel pump, throttle kit, and air filter/adaptor.
Only teched engines can be claimed. Claim order will go from the last place finisher forward. Max claim of 2 engines/season.
You have up to 15 min after the All Star Clone feature to make a claim. All claims will be made after the feature.

Tech: Top 3 feature finisher's and 1 randomly selected finisher will be teched.

If you  refuse a claim, you will  forfeit all points and be suspended the remainder of the 2010 series.

If you fail tech:
1st time will be loss of points and winnings earned that day, and be suspended the following series race. You will be subject to tech before returning to the series.
2nd time will be suspended from the series the remainder of the season

You must be a member of the All Star Clone Series by the second race to be eligible for the end of season points awards.

 MINIMUM KART AND DRIVER WEIGHT: 375 lbs.

 FUEL: Gasoline only.(max octane of 93)

 TIRES: Any Burris Compound (slicks only)

 CLUTCHES: Any SHOE type clutch. With a $80 claim rule on the clutch

 FUEL TANK: Must be floor mounted.

 CARBURETOR: Huayi , RuXing or Jing Ke Brand carbs only. No sealers on any gaskets.
Choke must be as supplied from factory, but may be fixed to stay in open position. No machining in carb whats so ever. It will also be teched visually. You may run either the thin paper type air cleaner gasket or the thick, metal / rubberiszed one.
Venturi: 0.615” No-Go. Back carb bore: 0.751" NO-GO. Emulsion tube must remain stock 0.064" NO-GO. Main Jet: 0.0042" NO-GO. Low speed idle jet 0.019" NO-GO

 FUEL PUMP: Any pulsed type fuel pump is
allowed. Fuel pump must be pulsed from the valve
cover.

 AIR FILTER: Any air filter allowed. After market
air filter adapters are allowed. Maximum length:
1.375”.

 BLOCK: Block must remain stock. Maximum
bore is 2.685”. Stroke is 2.123” plus or minus 0.005”. No welding allowed

 CYLINDER HEAD: No porting, grinding or
modification. Valve seats have two angles: single 45°
bottom and single 30° top. Head gasket must be
stock configuration. Combustion chamber volume
minimum: 26.5cc. No swapping of heads from one brand to another. Lifan/Lifan, Ducar/Ducar etc.

VALVE TRAIN: Valve train will remain stock.
No polishing. No grinding. No alterations. Stock 1:1
ratio OEM rocker arms only. Stock valve springs only.
Maximum wire diameter is .0705”. Maximum spring
pressure is 10.8 lbs. at an installed height of 0.850”.

 ROD: Stock rod only; no modifications.

 CRANKSHAFT: Stock crankshaft only; no
modifications.

 PISTON AND RINGS: Stock piston and rings only.All three rings must be present and unaltered (working) No part of piston can come out of top of block

 CAMSHAFT: must be stock as cast from factory,   . Compression release must be intact and working.. Maximum running lift on exhaust is .242 taken on valve spring retainer with zero lash. Maximum running lift on intake is .238 taken on valve spring retainer with zero lash...

## All checks are + / - 2 Degrees and taken @ Zero Lash

 FLYWHEEL AND IGNITION: Flywheel and
ignition coil must be stock. NO alterations, NO
machining. Timing must be stock with stock flywheel
key. Plastic fins must remain stock.

 HEADER PIPE AND MUFFLER: Any style pipe with max id of .930  No looped or ceramic
Must be RLV muffler

 STARTER: Pull starter must be present and
remain stock.

 OIL CATCH CAN: Engine oil recovery system
mandatory.

 OIL SENSOR: Oil sensor may be removed.
 GOVERNOR: Governer may be removed

**SAFETY**
Running the aftermarket cam can get these engines into a danger zone. We require all racers to keep their RPM's at 6100 and below. WE WILL BE WATCHING TACH'S
Anyone caught reving Clone engines on the kart stand or under no load will be warned the first time and thrown out of the series on the second occurance. This is for the life of the series..
