Central Pennsylvania Caged Controlled Outlaws

By-Laws and Membership

The above named organization was developed by two racers who wanted to keep the flathead engine in existence and race on a regular basis throughout the state of Pennsylvania.

The engines are in no way stock.  There will be a set of engine rules attached to this form.  It is expected that each member of the organization follow the engine rules for the purpose of fair play as to keep a close bond between the racers.

Each member of the organization is expected to conduct themselves as sportsmen at all times when out of the kart as well as when on the track.

Any decision making about the organization rules, membership, or engine modifications, will be brought to the membership for discussion and a vote will be taken on the topic.  In the event of a tie in voting, the president of the organization will have the final say.

The president of the Organization will be “Mike Steele” until further notice.  In the event of the absence of the President, “Don Gordner” will make the final decision as the acting vice president.

By signing this form you agree to conform to the above expectations of this organization and will become a member.
