Pre-Rookie (.375 Red Restrictor)
Front Driver = 14 or 15 tooth
Rear Gear = 58, 59 or 60 tooth

PRE-ROOKIE = Stamped Steel Drum Shoe Clutch ONLY
ALL OTHER CLASSES = OPEN Clutch Rule

Pre-Rookie (.375 Red Restrictor) = Follow AKRA rules (Must run Big Pipe effective 2022)
ALL OTHER CLONES = Follow AKRA "PRO" Clone Rules (Big Pipe)
